About us
George and Manos met over a stunning bottle of wine that blew their minds at a traditional fiesta. This was the moment that sparked their mutual passion and led them towards the famous WSET course on wines. Together they have attended and acquired several certifications on olive oil, beer, spirits and coffee. With more than 10 years of experience in hotels, restaurants and wineries, and through countless fiestas and gatherings in Crete, George and Manos have cultivated their passion for the local cuisine, and are now proud to present the most authentic, yet refined, dining experience.
